Who we are

Cal Bureau (calbureau.com) is an individually operated website providing free printable calendars, planner pages, logs, trackers, and measurement tools. Contact: privacy@calbureau.com.

Information we collect

Email address

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. It is stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc.) and is used solely to send updates about new printable resources. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Usage analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It collects aggregated, anonymous page-view data (pages visited, referrer, browser type, country). No cookies are set by this analytics service, and no personally identifiable information is collected or shared.

Download events

When you click a download link, the page path and file URL are sent to our server via navigator.sendBeacon to track download counts. No personal information is attached to this event.

Bot protection

The subscribe form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. This service may process your browser's challenge response to distinguish humans from bots. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs this data: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

How we use your information

• To send you occasional emails about new printable resources (if subscribed)
• To understand which pages and downloads are most useful (aggregated analytics)
• To prevent spam submissions on our subscribe form

Data retention

Email subscriber records are kept until you request removal. Analytics data is aggregated and not personally identifiable. You may request deletion of your email at any time by contacting privacy@calbureau.com.

Third-party services

Cal Bureau is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare R2 for asset storage. All infrastructure is operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Their data processing agreements apply. We use no advertising networks, social media trackers, or retargeting pixels.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Cookies

Cal Bureau does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management purposes only.
