Why this site exists

Cal Bureau started as a personal workaround. Most free printable calendar sites are ad-heavy, require account creation, or hide the actual download three clicks deep. The original goal was simple: one page per format, the right paper size loaded by default for each country, and a direct download — no popups, no signups, no filler.

That principle still drives everything on the site. Every format has its own page. Every download link is on that page. There are no ads and no paywall.

How print accuracy is maintained

Calendar dates are generated programmatically from a vetted date engine, not hand-entered. This eliminates the transcription errors that are common on manually produced calendar templates.

US federal holidays are sourced from the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the authoritative source for federal holiday schedules. Calendars for other markets use blank dated grids until each market's official holiday source has been reviewed and verified.

Paper sizes follow ISO 216 for A4 (210 × 297 mm) and ANSI/ASME Y14.1 for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). Each market's default paper size is set to match local printing norms — Letter for the US and Canada, A4 for the UK, Australia, and most other markets.

Measurement tools (ruler, ring sizer, meter tape) include calibration lines on every download. Print at 100% scale, check the calibration line against a physical reference, and verify before relying on the output for any precision task.

Planner and tracker content

Planner pages, habit trackers, and wellness logs are general-purpose organizational tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Pages designed for health monitoring — such as the blood pressure log and medication log — carry explicit notices directing users to consult a licensed healthcare professional for any clinical decisions.

Who runs this site

Cal Bureau is independently operated by a single person. There is no team, no company, and no investor backing. The site covers its costs through Cloudflare's infrastructure and exists because printable tools should be straightforward to find and download.
